(hereinafter “THE HOTEL”),its subsidiaries and affiliates are companies incorporated in accordance with the laws of Mexico, with its registered address at Av. Centenario 1718, Centro,23400, San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur.PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.THE HOTEL, its subsidiaries, and affiliates will be responsible for the use andprotection of the personal data obtained from guests (hereinafter “DataSubjects”), in relation to the lodging services previously contracted directly orthrough third parties. The Personal Data for which THE HOTEL is responsible will be collected when Data Subjects contact THE HOTEL, its subsidiaries, or affiliates to request the aforementioned services.
