Goncanseco is a stunning venue located in downtown San José del Cabo, just steps away from the historic Church and the Art District.
With more than 150 years of history, it was once the city’s first marketplace and Ford dealership. The family devoted years of care and love to restoring the old warehouses, transforming them into a one-of-a-kind event space while preserving their original charm.
A unique style
The venue features beautifully restored grocery counters, original metal sheets repurposed as walls and décor, antique wooden planks as doors, and handmade brick flooring crafted from the very soil of the property.
Its vintage style pairs seamlessly with any décor, from natural to modern, making every event a truly unique story.

- Restroom cleaning service during the event

Rental Conditions
Payments:
- 10% to secure the date and sign the contract
- 40% six months before the event
- 50% one month before the event
- Security deposit: $2,000 USD + VAT (15 days before the event)
Setup and Takedown:
- Venue access from 8:00 a.m. on event day
- The event ends at 1:00 a.m.
- Takedown allowed until 8:00 a.m. the following day
Important Information
- Outside vendors are allowed
- Trusted vendors can be recommended
- Food and beverages are not included
- A power generator must be hired
- Fireworks are not allowed
- Structures must not be damaged
- Pets are not allowed
